Chapter & Verse - The Easter Story
Our church performed a work created by Mal Stone depicting the Passion of our
Lord with music, bible reading and drama. The narration was from the Gospels,
solo's by the principle characters, mime and music provided by the church choir and
orchestra. The performance formed the evening worship on Easter Sunday and
concluded with the sharing of the sacrement administered by our Minister Revd Sue
O'Hare and Revd Mark Rowlands.
It proved to be a very moving act of worship which was appreciated by a large congregation drawn from the town, and churches of the North Sector of the Cardiff Circuit of the Methodist Church. Christ is Risen! Hallelujah!

"The Charles Wesley 'Hymnical' I" & 'The Charles Wesley 'Hymnical' II"
In celebration of the Tercentenary of the birth of Charles Wesley two
productions were staged with soloists, orchestra and choir.
The first production traced the evolution of some of Charles’ most popular
hymns and the second explored how some of his hymns could be used
as our prayers.
They both took the form of our evening worship with congregational
participation and were very moving experiences for all concerned.
Friday and Saturday 10th, 11th February 2006
